Our Animals
> All of our animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and free of parasites.
> All captive bred animals are kept at our facility a minimum of 14 days prior to being offered for sale.
> All Wild caught animals are dewormed and kept a minimum of 30 days prior to being offered for sale.
> If you live in Hillsborough County Florida. We offer free veterinarian exams on all animals sold!!!
> Health certificates are available on all animals Monday- Friday. Please mention health certificate prior to checking out ($10.00 Fee)
> All of our snakes are fed on Thursday, lizards, amphibians, and arachnids are fed Mondays and Fridays.
> All animals are shipped with a care sheet
Feeders
> Frozen feeders are shipped Monday- Wednesday
> Feeders are shipped overnight or next day only on dry ice in an insulated container or insulations
> All rodents are fed Mazuri Rodent Diet only ( no seed, no dog food, no garbage)
> We recommend that you buy higher quantities to help make up the difference for shipping. But we have no minimum order.

Q&A
here are some common questions we get!
Q. Do you guys breed your own animals?
A. Yes we breed about 50% of the animals we sell. Most geckos, all the ball pythons, all the tortoises and some of the invertebrates.
Q. Why isn't the website set up in a shopping cart format?
A. To us the shopping cart is so unpersonable. It doesn't allow you to ask questions and its to generic. We want you to ask for the pictures of the animal and to get the details.
Q. Are the pictures of the animals the actual ones for sale?
A. Yes and No. We generally mention whether it is or not. If you're ever wondering/ not sure, just ask us.
Q. Will you guys give advice/ info, to people who aren't customers?
A. Of course!!! Our site is setup with care sheets and articles. We want to be a reliable source of information. So yes even if your not a customer, please feel free to contact us with your questions!
Q. Why is there a minimum order with dry goods?
A. Simple... Due to cost of shipping anything under $75, you really wont be saving a whole lot.
Q. Do you guys special order?
A. Yes we do special order. But remember we hold all animals for a minimal of 14 days to ensure health. Also on high ticket items we may require a deposit.
Q. On your rarer high ticket items do you guys take deposits?
A. No we do not. We go by first come first serve. But if you are an established client we will give you first notice when available.
