DRY GOODS
1. Dry goods are shipped within 48 hours of being ordered unless you order higher quantities then specified in stock.
FEEDER RODENTS
1. All feeder rodents are fed Mazuri Rodent Diet only.
2. All feeder rodents are humanely euthanized, and frozen right away.
3. All frozen feeders are shipped overnight or next day only.
LIVESTOCK
1. Gaia Exotics is not responsible for your states laws!!!! Please check with your local Department of Agriculture and/or State Fish & Wildlife if you are not sure if the species is legal in your state/ county.
2. We only ship live stock Mon.- Wed., due to concerns with carrier error.
3. For potentially life threatening species (venomous snakes & dangerous arachnids) we require a copy of your drivers license and copy of your states permit (if required).
4. We will add heat/cold packs to shipments when needed at no cost to you!
5. Amphibians have a 24 hour warranty
6. Captive Bred reptiles and arachnids (except Chameleons) have a 7 day warranty (one of the best in the industry)!!!
7. Wild caught reptiles and arachnids have a 3 day warranty.
8. All claims must be made within the warranty time frame.
9. All turtles under 4" are sold for educational, scientific, or exhibit use ONLY!!!
All animals must be picked up within 4 hours of delivery, in order for the warranty to apply.
Gaia Exotics is not responsible for carrier delays or extreme weather in your area. Any death or injuries due to carrier error, must be handled with the carrier. If conditions are not favorable to ship your animal, we will hold them at no charge until conditions improve. So please let us know, if conditions in your area are not optimal for shipping.
